A new Joomla extension allows you to quickly and easily add a newsletter signup form to your website, to allow subsciptions to your GraphicMail hosted mailing lists. A Subscription Form on your site is the BEST way for you to gather new subscribers, especially since this method supports opt-in email marketing, an approach that GraphicMail strongly recommends.

With our Magento integration, every time someone registers to buy from your online shop or service via Magento, you can ask them to opt in to your GraphicMail newsletters. This way you can grow your mailing list and divide your subscribers into groups that share certain characteristics, such as their product preferences and purchase history.

Seamlessly link your SalesForce (CRM) with your GraphicMail data and mailing lists. Integrating GraphicMail and Salesforce is easy. Just click on this link, and log in to your SalesForce account (unless you're already logged in).
- Access and pull mailing lists (or “reports”) from your Salesforce.com account into GraphicMail as new mailing lists.
- After a send, GraphicMail reporting will send the statistical send data aback to Salesforce.com at the contact level. The following item history will be recorded in your lead or contact screens history: Send data, Open data, Click data, Bounce data, Unsubscribe data.

Grow your mailing list through OpenCart transactions! Every time someone registers to buy from your online shop or service via OpenCart, ask them to opt in to your GraphicMail newsletter. This way, you can send them targeted newsletters, i.e. notify them of new specials, good deals, or new products.
How do I do that?
Install the GraphicMail plugin into your OpenCart account by clicking on the "Download" button below. You will be asked to specify your domain, user name and API password. (If you can't remember your GraphicMail API password, send an email to api@graphicmail.com). Next, you will see a dropdown from where you select the mailing list and dataset for your new subscribers.

Sync GraphicMail contacts with Outlook

This plug-in synchronizes GraphicMail contacts with Outlook, and vice-versa. It allows our clients to automatically keep contacts added (or changed) in Outlook or GraphicMail in sync with one another. Just download it, unzip it, select the language folder and install it by by clicking "setup.exe" - once installed, open Outlook to login to your GraphicMail account (under "sync settings") to start the first sync. You can configure the frequency of syncs and to which dataset and mailing list the Outlook contacts get sync-ed to on GraphicMail. Alternatively, sync up to four Outlook categories with up to four different mailing lists on your GraphicMail account.
Which Outlook versions are supported?
The downloadable extension installs like any other program on Windows XP / Vista or Windows 7. It will sync one GraphicMail account with Outlook 2003, 2007 or 2010 versions. Once installed you will see two icons added to your Outlook toolbar - one for settings, the other indicating sync status and progress.
Integrate the GraphicMail API
The API (Application Programming Interface) allows you to use our system and features but mask it as your own. You are able to interact with your client database, CRM, CMS and e-commerce shopping cart with your data. To integrate this feature you will either need to be a programmer or you will need to get your programmer to integrate the API.
Integrate into Wordpress

This GraphicMail plugin allows you to easily add a newsletter signup form to your Wordpress 2.3 (or higher) website, to allow subsciptions to your GraphicMail hosted mailing lists. Please note: You'll need the OpenSSL PHP extension to be installed on the server that hosts your Wordpress.
After installation, the setup page will ask you for your GraphicMail URL, username and password. Then select the mailing list you want your users to subscribe to. Lastly, add the Widget to your site. The time from starting installation to having the form on your site should be less than 5 minutes - absolutely everything can be done via the Wordpress Setting GUI - there is no technical knowledge required.

What is Wordpress?
WordPress is an open source blog publishing application powered by PHP and MySQL which can also be used for basic content management. It has a feature rich interface with multimedia support. Additionally, WordPress's community distributes a large number of free modules, such as the GraphicMail sign up form widget.
Google Analytics Integration
We offer web analytics integration using Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a free application from Google that allows you to study the behavior of your website’s visitors. If you already use Google Analytics on your site, you can now enable Google Analytic tracking, to automatically track links in your email campaigns.
Our Google Analytics integration allows you to view clickstream data which is passed on from us to the analytics package and goals you have set within Google Analytics. The medium will be shown as 'Email', the source as your account name, and the campaign as the email marketing newsletter name. We also pass along the link name and the email address so that you can track this data all the way through to a conversion.
Integrate into Drupal

This plug in allows our clients to easily integrate our newsletter subscription form into their Drupal-created websites, so their GraphicMail mailing list can be automatically updated. It makes it easier for you to manage your contact list and ensures that you are able to adhere to the industry best practices of opt-in email marketing.
